1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by JHP Pool Cleaning (operated by JHP Brooks LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

JHP Pool Cleaning provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and renovation services in the Livingston, Texas area and surrounding regions. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Pool cleaning and skimming
• Algae treatment and removal
• Filter cleaning and replacement
• Regular pool maintenance
• Pool inspection and assessment
• Pressure washing pool decks
• Drain and acid wash services
• Pool renovation and remodeling

3. Service Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We operate Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in service termination.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For recurring maintenance services, payment is due according to the agreed billing cycle.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will address any concerns. Warranty terms for equipment and parts vary by manufacturer.

6. Liability

JHP Pool Cleaning carries full liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from customer negligence or improper use of pool equipment.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the pool area, informing us of any known hazards, and maintaining proper water levels between service visits.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
